Windows 8.1 cannot boot After instaling Ubuntu 16.04 because of UEFI setting on bios problems :
jika mengalami hal seperti ini ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan :
1. Apakah bios di laptop anda support/mendukung untuk dual boot terutama masalah UEFI settings
2. Windows 8, windows 8.1, windows 10 atau versi terbaru mempunyai platform untuk mendukung UEFI sedangkan windows versi lama tidak bisa
3. Pengalaman saya :

I. Install Windows 8.1 x64 pada Laptop HP 14d008au yang pada dasarnya tidak support dual booting dengan Ubuntu 16.04
II. Install Ubuntu 16.04 dengan membuat partisi baru
III. Hasilnya Ubuntu bisa load sedangkan Windows 8.1 tidak bisa

Solusi termudah, tercepat dan terbaik adalah :
- Repair Windows 8.1 dengan menggunakan DVD instalasinya
- Pilih Repair windows dengan command Promt / CMD
- Arahkan direktori yang tampil di command prompt ke arah partisi Windows 8.1
  contoh :
  1. Command Prompt yang muncul selalu tampil sebagai
      X:\
      karena drive X adalah tempat DVD instalasi
  2. Arahkan ke partisi windows 8.1 (misal sistem Windows 8.1 tadi terletak di drive C)
      Ketik beberapa perintah secara bergantian sebagai berikut :
      C:                                          (kemudian tekan enter)
      cd windows                           (kemudian tekan enter)
      cd system32                          (kemudian tekan enter)
      setelah itu command promt akan muncul seperti ini :
      C:\windows\system32\
  3. Setelah itu ketik :
      sfc /scannow



 4. Setelah itu tunggu hingga proses selesai
 5. Setelah itu akan muncul pemberitahuan bahwa file recovery untuk memperbaiki sistem windows 8.1 sudah siap
 6. keluar dari command promt dengan mengetik :
     exit
 7. keluarkan DVD instalasi yang ada
 8. Restart dan buktikan bahwa Windows 8.1 telah muncul pada grub loader dibawah ubuntu
 9. sukses
